 * Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy - 2013

 * Masters of Sports Physiotherapy - 2016

Alicia achieved Fellowship of the Australian College of Physiotherapists in 2022, the highest qualification for physiotherapy in Australia, being only the 80th person to achieve this Musculoskeletal Specialist title.

Alicia currently presents and tutors for the Australian Physiotherapy Association, teaching physiotherapists how to better assess and treat spinal, shoulder and hip/pelvis conditions. She also presents her own courses nationally, specifically on spinal pain, jaw pain, neurodynamics, hip pain and shoulder pain.

Alicia is facilitating three registrars through their Specialisation Fellowship. She routinely examines Specialist registrars, to assist in their learning and ensure they achieve the skill level required to be a Specialist Physiotherapist.

Alicia currently tutors clinically for La Trobe University and University of Melbourne, and previously lectured for University of Western Australia. She also supervises Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy students on their clinical placements, ensuring Masters-level skill in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.

Alicia was involved in a randomised controlled research trial recently, as a Clinical Mentor providing expert physiotherapy mentoring to new graduates.

She previously coordinated the professional development program for Gippsland Physiotherapy Clinic, presenting to new graduate physiotherapists monthly in Victoria, and continues to present specialised courses for them.

Alicia was the Head Physiotherapist for Cricket Victoria and Melbourne Stars women's programs, attended the Commonwealth Games as a team physiotherapist, and has provided physiotherapy services to state and national Rugby 7's, Rugby 10's and hockey teams.

This wealth of experience and qualifications allows Alicia to provide expert clinical advice and mentor physiotherapists to improve their clinical skills.
